Welcome to Crescentbay Pony Clubs!

Crescent Bay is a member of the United States Pony Club and was established in 1985 by its founder Dorthy Renfro.  Ms. Renfro a devoted Pony Club volunteer who gave her time and energy tirelessly to help young people to grow and develop through their love of horses. She was widely known as a dedicated advocate for children, having served as Regional Supervisor of Old Dominion Region, Chairman of the USPC Summer Instruction Committee, a member of the USPC Board of Governors, and, at the time of her death, a member of the USPC Advisory committee.

Crescent Bay is dedicated to teaching members to be Horsemen. This includes the care, management and dedication to their mounts.  The club instills dedication and loyalty to the creation of true horsemen.  We service members from the Tidewater area of Virginia and North East North Carolina.  We welcome both Youth and Adults.  We are currently the only Pony Club in the local area and are always looking to expand our membership.  

Crescent Bay members work in conjunction with other organizations such as HeroKids Foundation and Sheriff O'Sullivan to continue growing our club.  Please feel free to contact us for any questions.
